News surfaced online over the weekend that rapper, actress and TV host, Queen Latifah is expecting her first child with her longtime girlfriend Eboni Nichols .
Eboni Nichols was spotted out this week with a baby bump and possibly an engagement ring, confirming rumors of the couple expecting their first child together and also getting married soon.
